This simple recipe is sure to please all lovers of tasty and healthy food. Make delicious broccoli cutlets. They can be served for breakfast or as a snack as a full meal. Especially tasty with sour cream or other sauce. The blanks can be baked in the oven, fried in a pan, breaded in breadcrumbs, or steamed, which we will do.
Ingredients:
- Broccoli – 350 g.
- Onion – 100 g.
- Chicken protein – 1 pc.
- Semolina – 3-4 tbsp. l.
- Ground garlic – 1 pinch.
- Suneli hops – 0.5 tsp
- Salt – 1-2 pinches.
- Ground black pepper – to taste.
- Vegetable oil – 0.5 tsp.
Cooking time: 20 minutes. Yield: 7 cutlets.
Cooking:
1. Buy good quality broccoli. Rinse with running water. Separate the inflorescences. Boil water in a saucepan. Salt a little. Drop cabbage into boiling water. Let it boil and boil for 4-5 minutes. Then drain in a colander and rinse with cold water. Shake several times to glass all the liquid.
2. Move to a deep container. Arm yourself with an immersion blender and blend until smooth. You can scroll through a meat grinder.
3. Add chicken protein, suneli hops, ground garlic, pepper, salt to the cabbage mass. Stir until evenly distributed.
4. Pour semolina. Stir.
5. Peel and rinse the onion. Pat dry with a towel to remove excess moisture. Cut into several pieces and grind in a blender to the consistency of gruel. Add to cutlet mass. Stir and leave in the kitchen for 15-20 minutes to swell the semolina.
If the cutlet mass is watery, add a little more semolina.
6. Lubricate the ceramic mold for cooking with oil. Spoon a portion of minced meat and form a blank of the desired shape. Place on the steam rack of the multicooker. Pour 400-500 ml of water into the bowl. Cover with a lid and run the “steamer” program for 7 minutes.
