Ingredients:
- Tomatoes – 500-600 g.
- Water – 500 g.
- Vodka – 1 tsp

- Sugar – 1 tbsp. l.
- Vinegar 9% – 0.5 tbsp. l.
- Onion – 20 g.
- Black pepper – 4-5 peas
- Bay leaf – 2 pcs.
- Garlic – 1-2 cloves.
- Dill – to taste.
How to cook:
1. Rinse and sterilize the jars in advance in a way convenient for you. If you sterilize over steam, it will take 4 minutes. Then remove each jar and set aside. Pour boiling water over the seaming lids.
