3. Fry vegetables until dark brown on each side. Cover the pan with a lid, reduce the heat to low and cook for another 10-12 minutes.

4. Place the peppers in a bowl, cover with cling film and leave to cool. This simple trick will allow you to easily remove the skin.

5. Prepare the sauce. Mix vegetable oil with salt, sugar, dry spices and garlic, passed through a press.

6. Dill and parsley wash and dry. Finely chop the greens and add to the rest of the sauce. Mix.

7. From the side of the spout at the cooled pepper, make a cross-shaped incision. Carefully pour the juice into the sauce bowl. Pepper to clear from a thin skin and put on a plate. Salt a little.
