How to cook:

2. Cut the apples into slices of a convenient size and remove all the cores with seeds, otherwise they will get in the way. Place in a saucepan or bowl suitable for cooking.
3. Pour in the required amount of water.
4. Put on the stove and boil for about twenty minutes, stirring occasionally.
The apples should be soft but not overcooked.
5. Next, you need to chop the apples with an immersion blender.
6. After that, add boiled condensed milk. Mix everything well until smooth.
7. Put it back on the stove and boil for about seven to eight minutes.
8. In order for the jam to turn out to be more homogeneous and pleasant in consistency, it can be passed through a blender again. Next, you need to boil the jam again and immediately turn it off. After that, it is necessary to put the dessert in pre-sterilized glass jars and roll up with sterile lids.
After cooling, apple jam with boiled condensed milk is best stored in the refrigerator, so it will last longer. In winter, this dessert is perfect for any tea party in a friendly company, as well as a filling for absolutely any homemade pastries, such as buns, pies, puffs and much more.
