Pork Schnelklops always turns out to be a very tasty meat dish that is not difficult to cook, and you can serve it not only for dinner, but also on the festive table. When choosing meat in the market or in the grocery store, it is better to give preference to the part of the pork that will definitely not be tough after frying. So pork neck or tenderloin is suitable for this. It is better to purchase cream with a high percentage of fat content and, in no case, not confectionery, which are only suitable for making sweet cream.
Schnelclops must be served immediately after cooking, since it is hot that it is most delicious and much more attractive and appetizing in appearance. Perfectly, it will be combined with any vegetable salads, side dishes and just some spicy or ordinary sauces. Therefore, cook for it what you like best to taste. Alternatively, you can bake potato slices in the oven, and if it is also young, then it will not even need to be peeled.
Ingredients:
- Pork – 250-300 g.
- Salt – to taste.
- Onion – 1 pc.
- Vegetable oil – 50 ml.
- Fatty cream – 100 ml.
- Flour – 1.5-2 tbsp .
How to cook:
1. So, prepare the meat. To do this, wash it thoroughly, and then cut it like chops, just use a sharp and special knife for this. Salt each piece on both sides. You can also use black pepper.
2. Sprinkle flour onto a flat plate. Now dip the meat on both sides.
3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Lay the pieces of meat on it.
4. Fry them over medium heat for 7 minutes on one side, and then the same amount on the other.
5. Cut the onion.
6. Put it on the meat.
7. Now pour the cream into the meat, only add flour to them and mix everything well.
If suddenly it didn’t work out to buy cream, then take ordinary sour cream, just don’t add flour to it in this case.
8. Simmer the meat over moderate heat for 10-15 minutes. Flip it over to the other side periodically. Put the finished Schnelclops on a beautiful dish and serve it immediately to the table.
