Boats from zucchini with minced meat – that’s what you need to cook in the season of vegetables. Serve such a dish on its own – it will be healthy, tasty and satisfying, which is important.
Make your own minced meat or use a store-bought 1. In this case, we suggest taking chicken fillet and twisting it into minced meat – with it the dish will turn out to be more dietary and low-calorie. Ingredients:
- Zucchini – 300 g.
- Chicken fillet – 180 g.
- Onion – 40 g.
- Hard cheese – 50 g.
- Sour cream – 50 g.
- Vegetable oil – 5 g.
- Salt, black pepper – to taste.
- Greens – for serving.
How to cook:
1. Rinse the zucchini, cut off the tails on both sides, then cut the vegetables in half lengthwise.
For the recipe, take young zucchini – their peel will be soft and tender. These vegetables are ideal for roasting in the oven.
2. Using a teaspoon or coffee spoon, scoop out the inside of the zucchini.
3. Rinse the chicken fillet and cut into medium pieces. Cut the peeled onion in the same way.
4. Twist the chicken and onion in a meat grinder – salt and pepper the resulting minced meat to taste.
5. Fill the zucchini with minced chicken and place in a baking dish, greased with a small amount of oil.
6. Pour sour cream over the zucchini – with it the minced meat will turn out even more juicy.
Take sour cream of any fat content that is in the refrigerator.
7. Sprinkle the zucchini with grated cheese and send the dish to the oven.
8. Bake zucchini with minced meat in the oven at 180C for about 30-35 minutes. The vegetables will become soft and the minced meat will be fully cooked.
