Very quickly, you can cook simply amazing, airy and very tasty donuts on kefir for tea. Since the dough is not yeast, it can be prepared in just 2-3 minutes. And after 10 minutes, it will be possible to serve yummy from the available ingredients to the table. Ready donuts are combined with jam, honey, condensed milk, powdered sugar. As drinks, tea, coffee, fruit compotes or milk are suitable.
In order for the donuts to come out airy, you just need to add soda or baking powder to kefir. When choosing a baking powder, first combine it with flour, and then add it to the main dough. Soda needs to be added precisely to kefir and it is not necessary to extinguish it with vinegar, since this function will be performed with a bang by a fermented milk product.
Ingredients:
- Kefir (with any fat content) – 100 ml.
- Salt – 1 pinch.
- Baking soda – 0.5 tsp
- Vegetable oil (it is better to use odorless oil) – 20-40 ml.
- Premium flour – 300-350 g.
How to cook:
1. Pour kefir at room temperature into a bowl or pan. Add salt immediately. If you like sweet pastries, then add 2 tbsp. l. Sahara.
2. Then add soda and mix all the ingredients well with a whisk. At this stage, the reaction of soda and fermented milk product will be clearly visible – bubbles will appear and the mass will become more airy.
3. Now add the sifted premium flour.
For the recipe, you can use not only wheat flour, but also rye or rice.
4. Knead the dough with your hands. You can safely entrust this procedure to the bread machine, just keep in mind that it will knead the dough for a very long time.
5. Put the pan on the stove, pour vegetable oil. When the oil is hot, lay out the dough cakes. In order to make them, simply divide the dough into pieces and press each one a little.
6. Fry the dumplings over moderate heat for 1-2 minutes on each side.
7. Now put them on a paper towel, and after 10 seconds put them on a dish and serve. You can grease the finished donuts with honey, jam on top, pour over the topping.
