Desserts with apples are always popular with housewives. Bake such a dessert quickly enough and does not require great skills. In this case, the apple pie also looks quite impressive. You don’t need to spend time making dough, you can take a frozen layer. Thus, from the products that can be found in every kitchen, you can easily make a delicious pie.
Ingredients:
- Puff pastry – 250 g.
- Medium-sized apples – a couple of pcs.
- Sugar – 2 tsp.
- Cinnamon – 1 tsp
- Chicken egg – 1 pc.
- Sesame – a little.
How to cook:
1. Wash and peel apples. After that, remove the core and cut into small pieces.
2. Pour sugar into a bowl of chopped apples and mix. It will be better if you add brown cane sugar.
3. Add a teaspoon of cinnamon and stir.
4. The dough should be defrosted and rolled into a rectangular layer. Should get a narrow long piece, it needs to be cut into three strips.
5. Place the apple filling on each of the strips, stepping back a little from the edges.
6. Then each strip must be pinched. The result should be three identical sausages.
7. Spread parchment paper on a baking sheet and lay the sausages one after another, forming a snail.
It is better to grease the paper with oil so that it is easier to remove it from the finished cake.
8. Shake the yolk and cover the snail with this mixture, randomly sprinkle with sesame seeds on top.
9. Bake at medium temperatures for about twenty minutes. Serve warm with tea or jelly.
