Belarusian chicken meatballs are quite tasty and not too dry. To prepare them, you should buy all the necessary ingredients in advance. By the way, not only chicken fillet, but also turkey fillet will do. If you like pork more, then you can buy it, only better, take the tenderloin in this case.
In order for the meatballs to come out juicy in the minced meat, it is necessary to add a chicken egg and bread, which is preliminarily soaked in water or milk. It is thanks to such additives that the finished meatballs will turn out not dry and quite tasty. Of the spices, a classic set is suitable – namely, salt and ground black pepper.
You can serve them to the table with anything. So, for example, some kind of vegetable salad or homemade preservation is also suitable. The meatballs will be perfectly combined with any sauces and side dishes. And yet, as an option, they can be safely taken to the brakes to work. It is best to store ready-made meatballs in the refrigerator at a temperature of +4 degrees.
Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet – 300-400 g.
- Egg – 1 pc.
- Onion – 1 pc.
- Bread – 1-2 slices.
- Salt, pepper – to taste.
- Milk – 70-100 ml.
- Vegetable oil – 1 tsp.
How to cook:
1. So, twist the chicken or turkey fillet in a meat grinder.
If there is no meat grinder, then use a blender.
2. Soak a piece of bread in milk or water. You can press it down a little and break it into smaller pieces.
3. Now twist it in a meat grinder directly into a bowl of meat.
4. Beat in the chicken egg.
5. Add salt and ground black pepper.
6. Mix everything very well.
7. Using a spoon, put the meatballs on a baking sheet, which must be greased with vegetable oil.
8. Send the meatballs to the oven for 30 minutes, set the temperature to 190 degrees.
If you opted not for chicken fillet, but for pork, then, perhaps, the cutlets will need to be baked a little longer.
Put the finished chicken meatballs in Belarusian on a dish, and boldly serve them to the table. Do not forget to make some kind of side dish, salad in addition to them, or just put your favorite sauce in a bowl.
