Ingredients:
- Milk – 0.5 tbsp.
- Salt – 1 pinch.
- Egg – 1 pc.
- Sugar – 1 pinch.
- Flour – 3-5 tbsp. l.
- Meat – 70 g.
- Ground pepper – to taste.
- Vegetable oil – 30 ml.
How to cook:
1. Pour milk into a deep bowl. Pour sugar and salt, literally a pinch. Crack an egg in there as well.
2. Now, using a regular kitchen whisk or mixer, mix all the ingredients very well.
3. Pour in the flour.
4. Now break up all the lumps very well.
5. Pour in vegetable oil, literally 1 tbsp. l. It is this ingredient that will make the dough elastic, and the pancakes will not tear in the pan when they are turned over.
6. Lubricate the pan with a brush by dipping it in vegetable oil. Heat it up, and then pour the dough with a ladle. Now twist the pan until all the dough spreads over it and you get a pancake. Fry it over medium heat until nice and golden brown on both sides.
7. Cut the pancake in half.
8. Cut the meat into small cubes or twist it in a meat grinder.
9. Add salt and ground black pepper to it. Stir.
10. Put the meat filling on one edge of the pancakes.
11. Fold the pancake in half.
