Bruschetta with grapes, nuts and cheese is a rather refined and original appetizer, which is most often prepared on the basis of ciabatta. However, if it is not possible to purchase or even bake such bread, you can use regular toaster, wheat or mixed flour. To toast slices of bread, you can use a toaster, oven, or regular frying pan.
Ingredients:
- Wheat bread – 2 slices.
- Butter – 10 g.
- Hard cheese – 70 g.
- Grapes – 1 handful.
- Walnuts – 4-5 kernels.
- Black ground pepper – 3 pinches.
- Fresh herbs – 4-5 branches.
- Refined oil – 1 tbsp. l.
How to cook:
1. Cut large slices of bread into halves – evenly or diagonally.
2. Heat oil in a frying pan for frying. Fry each slice of bread for a minute on each side. Then spread the hot pieces on top with butter – use a high-quality and tasty product.
3. Any hard cheese is suitable – salted or more fresh.
Cheese may contain additives, for example, nuts, spices, herbs.
Grate it with a fine grater and sprinkle generously on top of each bruschetta.
4. Wash the grapes and dry. It is optimal to use a seedless variety. Cut each grape in half and place on top of the cheese.
5. Break the walnut kernels into small pieces.
If desired, you can bring the nut to the state of fine crumbs and sprinkle the bruschetta on top.
6. Just before serving, sprinkle the appetizer with spices, add fresh herbs for a brighter and more appetizing look. Serve immediately.
Enjoy your meal!
