Regular buckwheat soup can be prepared with potato or regular dumplings. The dish will be more satisfying. To prepare the broth, you need to take a couple of pieces of chicken on the bone – thighs, drumsticks, chicken frame will do.
Ingredients:
- Potatoes – 2 pcs.
- Buckwheat – 2 handfuls.
- Bulb – 1 pc.
- Carrot – 1 pc.
- Chicken egg – 1 pc.
- Wheat flour – 60-70 g.
- Salt and spices – to taste.
How to cook:
1. In order for the broth to acquire flavor, it is worth throwing bay leaves, chopped spices, and roots.
2. After half an hour of cooking, you can pour in the washed and sorted buckwheat.
3. Using a knife or vegetable peeler, you need to remove the peel from the potatoes, then wash it and chop it into cubes. Immediately after buckwheat, you can send potatoes to boiling water.
4. You must definitely add roasted onions and carrots to the soup. Peeled and washed vegetables should be chopped in any convenient way.
5. In hot vegetable oil, sauté vegetables for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. To prevent the pieces from burning, the fire should be minimal.
6. After sending the fried vegetables to the soup, you can add salt to taste. Dumplings are easy to make – you need to mix a chicken egg, flour and a pinch of salt. Soft elastic dough must be stretched into a thin bundle, cut into pieces and sent to the broth along with frying.
After a quarter of an hour, the soup will be ready. You can serve immediately.
