If you want to quickly prepare some tasty and soft pastries for tea, then you should pay attention to this recipe. Chocolate kuhe is just an amazing yummy that can be safely made not only for the family, but also for guests. It’s not hard to make this pie. You do not need to lubricate it with anything, just pour chocolate mass on top of it.
For kuhe to be successful, you should use fresh chicken eggs. Their expiration date can be checked with water, which must be poured into a glass and eggs dropped into it one at a time. If it floats, then it cannot be used to make a cake. You also need to beat all the products very well with a mixer. The dough must come out fluffy and quite airy. You can bake a cake in a silicone mold or a detachable 1. Serve the cake to the table when it has cooled at least a little.
Ingredients:
- Chicken eggs – 3 pcs.
- Sugar – 100 g.
- Milk – 100 ml.
- Flour – 1 tbsp.
- Baking powder (it is already combined with flour in the photo) – 1 tsp.

How to cook:
1. Drive fresh chicken eggs into a deep bowl; you do not need to separate the protein from the yolk. Beat everything very well with a mixer.

4. Add cocoa. Mix well.

8. Pour the dough into the prepared form, grease it with oil and sprinkle with semolina.
9. Send the cake to the oven preheated to 190 degrees for 30 minutes.
Readiness must be checked with a wooden skewer.
10. Now very carefully remove the cake from the mold and top (while it is hot), fill it with chocolate mass. Let the cake stand for at least 30 minutes. During this time, it will cool down well. Now you can safely cut it into portioned pieces and serve!
