You can serve ready-made cutlets just like an independent dish. However, you can cook some tasty and healthy vegetable salad for them. Now on sale are quite tasty tomatoes, cucumbers and peppers. Therefore, you can safely think of some kind of salad. They also go well with any sauces and side dishes.

Ingredients:

  • Any minced meat – 300 g.
  • Chicken egg – 1 pc.
  • Onion – 1 pc.
  • Potatoes (even young ones can be used) – 1 pc.
  • Baking soda – 1 pinch.
  • Salt – to taste.
  • Black ground pepper – to taste.
  • Water is for soaking bread.
  • Bread – 1-2 slices.
  • Vegetable oil – for frying.

How to cook:

1. If the meat is a whole piece, then be sure to twist it in a meat grinder. After that, twist the bread, onions and potatoes. You can use not only a meat grinder for this purpose, but also a blender.

2. Beat a chicken egg into a bowl with prepared foods.

3. Add salt, soda and ground black pepper to taste. You can also add paprika, dried garlic and other spices to your taste.

4. Now mix the minced meat very well.

5. Heat vegetable oil in a pan. Spoon cutlets out. You can also safely fry them on lard.

6. Fry them over moderate heat until nice and golden brown on both sides. This procedure will take you at least 3-5 minutes.
