Delicious and light dessert without baking “Curd Tenderness” is an ideal option for pampering yourself and your loved ones.

A quick and not at all difficult dessert to prepare, it turns out tender, with a pleasant curd-chocolate taste. In order for such a curd cake to come out less high-calorie, use cottage cheese and sour cream with a low percentage of fat (or completely fat-free). Cocoa cookies can be replaced with baked milk cookies (or anniversary ones), but dessert with chocolate cookies, nevertheless, comes out much tastier.

  • Sugar – 100 g.
  • Vanilla sugar – 1 sachet.

2. Then, using an immersion blender, beat the cottage cheese with sugar until a homogeneous curd mass (it should be free of lumps and grains).

If desired, the cottage cheese can first be ground through a fine sieve, and only then add sugar to it and mix thoroughly.
