Eggs “Mouse” with smoked chicken is an ideal snack for a New Year’s or just a festive table. The shape of the half of the egg resembles a mouse, it remains only to add small details to the figure – to make ears, tail, nose and eyes. In principle, any filling can be made – cheese, meat, vegetable, mushroom. A spicy filling is also suitable – with garlic, carrots in Korean.

2. Cut the smoked chicken into very small cubes or grate.
3. Peel the boiled eggs and cut into halves.
4. Using a teaspoon or your hands, carefully remove the yolk from the egg halves.
5. Send the pieces of yolk to a bowl with chopped smoked chicken.
6. Fill the filling with medium-fat mayonnaise, add a little salt and spices for a spicy taste.
7. Mix everything well – the mass should be as homogeneous as possible.
8. Gently fill the egg halves with the stuffing using a teaspoon. Flatten the cut of the egg so that it then lies flat on the dish.
