Georgian chicken legs always turn out delicious, and cooking them is easy and simple. The most important thing in the recipe is the sauce, it is thanks to it that the drumsticks will turn out to be especially spicy in taste. To prepare it, it is worth combining honey, vinegar, vegetable or olive oil, spices in a deep bowl. Then you can grease the shins with it and leave them for 30 minutes. After that, you just need to send them to the oven. That’s the whole recipe, everything is quite easy and the cost is not too expensive. Ready-made chicken legs are combined with any side dishes, salads, just fresh vegetables and homemade preserves. That is why, in addition to them, make those dishes that you like best.
Ingredients:
- Chicken drumsticks – 3 pcs.
- Vegetable oil (or olive) – 40 ml.
- Honey (it is better to use liquid, but it does not matter) – 1 tsp.
- Salt, pepper – to taste.
- Suneli hops – to taste.
- Vinegar 9% (apple is also suitable) – 40 ml.
How to cook:
1. Pour vegetable oil into a bowl with high sides, but if you are used to using olive oil instead, then opt for it. Put honey in there.
If the honey is too thick, then melt it first. It is best, and even more convenient, to do this with a microwave oven, if it is not, then you can melt it in a bowl in a water bath.
2. Pour in the vinegar.
3. Add suneli hops.
4. Now add salt and black pepper to it.
5. Mix everything very well.
6. Wash the chicken drumsticks very well, they should not have feathers on them.
7. Lay the drumsticks on a baking sheet or in a baking dish.
8. Top them with prepared marinade and leave for 30 minutes.
9. Then send the baking sheet with chicken drumsticks to the oven preheated to 190 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Just keep in mind, after 30 minutes they must be turned over to the other side. Do this procedure carefully.
