Ingredients:
- Onion – 1 pc.
- Dried basil – 1/3 tsp
- Chicken thigh fillet – 1 pinch.
- Dried thyme – 1/3 tsp
- A mixture of peppers – 1 pinch.
- Egg – 1 pc.
- Dried parsley – 1/3 tsp
- Salt – to taste.
- Pineapples – 4 rings.
How to cook:
1. To begin with, it is worth chopping the onion into arbitrary pieces.
2. Grind boneless and skinless chicken thighs in large slices.
3. Grind chicken thighs and onions in a blender until minced.
4. Combine meat with onion, spices, herbs, egg and pepper. Bring the minced meat to taste with salt.
5. Cut pineapple rings into half rings.
