Jewish cutlets are a very simple meat dish that can be safely prepared for dinner. They turn out very juicy and tasty, due to the fact that they are prepared in an unusual and familiar way. The fact is that beaten egg whites are added to the minced meat, thanks to which the cutlets come out very tender and literally airy.
You can use any meat to prepare this dish. It can be both chicken fillet and beef. When choosing meat, homemade meat should be preferred, it is much more aromatic and tastier.
Ingredients:
- Meat – 300 g.
- Chicken eggs – 2 pcs.
- Salt – to taste.
- Ground pepper – to taste.
- Vegetable oil – 40-60 ml.
Cooking:
1. Wash a piece of meat well, cut it into medium-sized pieces, immediately twist them in a meat grinder.
2. Immediately add chicken yolks to minced meat.
3. Then add salt and ground black pepper.
You can also add spices for meat and even chopped fresh herbs. It will give the finished dish a unique flavor.
. As herbs, you can use dill or parsley.
4. Beat the chicken proteins with a mixer. They should increase in volume by about 2-3 times. If you turn the bowl of whipped egg whites over, they should remain in it.
5. Put the chicken proteins to the minced meat and mix it well.
The mass must be homogeneous.
6. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, then put Jewish cutlets with a tablespoon. Vegetable oil can be replaced with lard.
7. Fry them over moderate heat for 7-10 minutes. It is not necessary to cover the pan with a lid.
8. Put the finished Jewish cutlets first on a paper towel to drain excess oil, and then transfer them to a dish and serve!
