Beef is often used in cooking. From such meat, delicious steaks, chops, including cutlets, are obtained. Do not be surprised, but beef cutlets are a truly festive dish. They taste different from the usual pork or chicken cutlets. Beef meat is tender and tasty, has high nutritional properties and is welcomed on the menu by nutritionists and doctors. Beef cutlets can be fried or baked in the oven, your choice.
Today we offer to fry juicy beef cutlets with the addition of zucchini. Also take some onions. It is the vegetables that make the meatballs juicy and tasty. If it is more common to add potatoes to pork cutlets, then zucchini and onions are ideal here, they will give lean beef juiciness and tenderness.
Ingredients:
- Beef – 350 g.
- Zucchini – 100 g.
- Onion – 70 g.
- White bread (or roll) – 30-40 g.
- Chicken eggs – 1 pc.
- Breadcrumbs – 100 g.
- Vegetable oil – for frying.
- Salt, pepper – to taste.
Cooking:
1. Cut the beef, onion and zucchini into medium pieces, put all the products in the blender bowl.
If there is no blender, you can use a regular meat grinder.
2. Soak white bread in water for a couple of seconds, squeeze well.
It is not important to use milk, ordinary water is also suitable, which will make the bread soft and the cutlets juicy.
3. Add pieces of squeezed bread to the blender, beat in a chicken egg and add spices to taste.
4. Turn on the blender and grind all the ingredients to make minced meat for cutlets.
5. Form cutlets with hands slightly moistened with water and roll in breadcrumbs.
6. Heat the oil in a pan, put the cutlets. First, make medium heat so that the cutlets are browned. Fry cutlets for 5-7 minutes.
7. Then turn over and immediately reduce the heat, fry the cutlets on the reverse side for 10-15 minutes over low heat, covered with a lid.
Ready cutlets can be served immediately to the table while they are hot. But when cold, they are also tasty and juicy.
