If you like salty snacks, then you should cook these original cucumbers. They always turn out excellent, and they are quick and easy to cook. When choosing vegetables, opt for those that are not too large in size so that they can easily fit into a jar. However, if, on the contrary, you have overgrown cucumbers and you want to pickle them, then just cut them into 2-3 parts beforehand. For salting, you should take a glass jar, but if you have a special large container, then, of course, stop the choice on it.

It is desirable to store ready-made cucumbers in the cellar, there for them there will be not only the ideal temperature, but also lighting, because direct sunlight will not fall on the jar. If you live in an apartment, then you should store ready-made cucumbers in the refrigerator, and it is better to put a deep bowl-plate under the bottom of the jar.

  • Bay leaf – 1-3 pcs.

1. Prepare a glass jar immediately. Wash it thoroughly with baking soda. Then put the washed dill on the bottom.
