Lasagna with vegetables, chicken and mozzarella is very satisfying and tasty. This dish can be prepared in about 1.5 hours.
Ingredients:
For filling:
- Onion – 2 pcs.
- Carrot – 1 pc.
- Zucchini – 1 pc.
- Sweet pepper – 2 pcs.
- Chicken fillet – 200 g.
- Tomato sauce – 100 ml.
- Pasta sheets – 16 pcs.
- Water – 1 tbsp.
- Sugar – 1 tbsp. l.
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Spices – optional.
- Mozzarella cheese – 250 g.
For sauce:
- Wheat flour – 1 tbsp. l.
- Butter 72% – 30 g.
- Milk 2.6% – 0.6-0.7 l.
- Spices 10 vegetables – 1 tsp.
For the top layer:
- Hard cheese – 150 g.
- Sour cream 15% – 3 tbsp. l.
- Dill – 3-4 sprigs.
- Milk 2.6% – 3-4 branches.
How to cook:
1. Place a frying pan over medium heat and pour oil into it. Cut the onion into small cubes and transfer to the pan when it heats up.
2. Cut the carrots into small cubes too. Add to onion when browned.
3. Peel the zucchini, remove the tail and cut into small cubes.
4. Peel the bell pepper, finely chop. Fry for 3-5 minutes.
5. At this time, wash the chicken fillet and also cut it as small as possible.
6. Stir, fry until the fillet becomes light. After that, add tomato sauce, salt, sugar, spices and pour water. Stir and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
7. Fry the flour in a dry frying pan until golden brown.
8. Add butter and pour over milk. Stir with a whisk and cook the sauce for 3-4 minutes until it thickens.
9. Add spices 10 vegetables when the sauce is ready. Leave on the stove for 5-7 minutes.
10. Prepare the lasagne dish. Lubricate it with sunflower oil, and then with the prepared sauce.
11. Lay out pasta sheets.
12. Lay some of the vegetable and fillet filling on top.
13. Lay the lasagne sheets on top again.
14. And brush them generously with the sauce.
15. Lay the next layer of pasta and filling. Spread mozzarella cheese on top.
16. Top with another layer of pasta, which is generously brushed with the remaining sauce.
17. Prepare the mass, which will need to fill the top of the lasagna. Grate hard cheese, chop dill.
18. Add sour cream and milk, mix well.
19. Lay this mass on top of all the sheets.
20. Top with more grated cheese.
21. Put the mold in the oven and bake the lasagna for about 50 minutes at 170 degrees.
