Ingredients:

- Kefir – 2 tbsp.
- Natural honey – to taste (3 tsp).
- Strawberries – 100 g.

How to cook:
1. From the indicated amount of ingredients, you will get 3 servings of a healthy breakfast. If you need less, use 2/3 cup of kefir for a third of a glass of oatmeal.

You need to cook lazy oatmeal in the evening. You will get three different flavors, respectively, three servings. You can change the fillers and add bananas, grapes, pineapples, pears, nuts and even oranges. Optimally – add a teaspoon of honey to a serving of ready-made breakfast.
