And to make the chicken fillet juicy and tender, fry it in mayonnaise batter. The batter cooks quickly, after frying it remains soft and retains all the juices of chicken meat.
Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet – 200 g.
- Chicken eggs, large – 1 pc.
- Mayonnaise – 60 g.
- Wheat flour – 40-50 g.
- Vegetable oil – 50 g.
- Salt, black pepper – to taste.
How to cook:
1. Rinse and dry the chicken fillet with napkins, cut into large plates. Large chops are always delicious and you can immediately satisfy your hunger, so to speak, “eat from the heart.”
2. Beat the meat well with a culinary mallet, salt and pepper each piece to taste.
Salt chicken chops either on one side, or on both sides, as you like, just do not overdo it with spices.
3. Prepare the batter. To do this, beat the chicken eggs into a deep container, shake with a fork.
4. Add spices to taste, pour in mayonnaise and stir.
5. Gradually, in parts, add the sifted flour.
6. Stir and see that the consistency of the batter is not too thick.
If you scoop up the batter with a spoon, it will slowly roll down.
7. Now dip each chop in mayonnaise batter from all sides.
8. Heat the oil well in a frying pan, turning on a moderate heat, put the chops in batter, start frying.
9. After 5-6 minutes, turn over and fry for the same number of minutes on the other side to become golden.
Serve cooked chicken chops immediately. If after dinner the chops are not eaten, then they will be tasty the next day, both cold and heated.
