Pizza in a bun is simply a great dish that can be prepared in just a matter of minutes and no dough needs to be kneaded at all. That is why, if you like quick recipes, do not pass by this, but be sure to save it.
You can cook such a pizza not only on a weekend, but also on a weekday, for example, for breakfast or for a snack at work. It is best to pre-fry the meat in a pan or boil it in advance, or you can put it in a bun raw, only then you will have to bake pizza in the oven not for 10 minutes, but for 15-18.
Ingredients:
- Buns – 2-3 pcs.
- Red pepper – 30 g.
- Tomato – 0.5 pcs.
- Chicken fillet – 50 g.
- Hard cheese – 40-60 g.
- Sour cream – 1 tbsp. l.
- Ketchup or tomato paste – 1 tbsp. l.
How to cook:
1. Wash all vegetables. Cut the pepper into slices, slice the tomato.
2. Grate hard cheese on a fine or coarse grater.
You can use processed cheese instead of hard cheese, just keep in mind that it will not melt, but pizza with it will come out no less tasty.
3. Wash the chicken fillet and cut into small cubes.
4. Put the fillet in a pan with vegetable oil and fry it for 5-7 minutes.
5. Mix sour cream with ketchup.
6. Carefully cut off the top from the buns. Squeeze the pulp a little inside each of them.
7. Lubricate the inside with prepared ketchup and sour cream sauce.
Sour cream can be safely replaced with mayonnaise.
8. Put meat, a few pieces of pepper and tomato in each bun. Place grated cheese on top.
9. Send the prepared pizzas to the oven preheated to 190 degrees for 10 minutes.
Serve the dish to the table always hot. You can sprinkle each pizza with finely chopped herbs on top.
