Pork krucheniki are soft and juicy if you use not too fat-free meat and beat it well.
Preparing the dish is quite simple, and for the filling you can use pickles, lard or bacon, mushrooms, eggs, cheese and garlic. For baking in the oven, use the sauce (tomato, cheese, sour cream). Thanks to him, the pork is even juicier and more tender, even if you use low-fat balyk. If the kitchen does not have an oven, you can put out the krucheniki directly in the pan.
Ingredients:
- Tomato sauce – 80 ml.
- Bulb – ½ pc.
- Champignons – 4-5 pcs.
- Vegetable oil – 30 ml.
- Pork – 350 g.
- Mayonnaise – 30 ml.
- Salt – 4 pinches.
- Spices – 4 pinches.
How to cook:
1. Prepare all the necessary products – they are simple and affordable. Pork is suitable for any – balyk or pulp. Wash it, dry it. You can immediately cut into steaks 1 cm thick.
2. Put the steaks on a cutting board, cover them with cling film – this will allow the kitchen to remain cleaner after beating. Beat the steaks on both sides, after which each salt and pepper.
3. Cut a small onion (or half a large one) into small cubes. Mushrooms cut into strips.
You can use both fresh and frozen mushrooms.
4. Heat the frying oil in a frying pan. Send the mushrooms with onions to fry, salt them a little. After 5-6 minutes, the filling will be ready.
5. Cut the chops into halves. Lubricate each half on one side with mayonnaise.
6. Put a couple of teaspoons of mushroom filling on the edge of a piece of pork.
7. Next, you need to wrap the filling in a tight, neat roll.
The tighter the roll is rolled, the less likely it is that the filling will fall out during the frying process.
So that it does not turn around, it is better to fix the result with a wooden skewer.
8. Heat refined oil in a pan. Put the blanks in the oil and fry them over medium heat. Change the side of the roll as it cooks.
9. After 5-6 minutes, when the rolls are browned, transfer them to a baking dish and pour over the tomato sauce. Bake at 170 degrees for 20 minutes.
Serve the finished dish immediately – then the meat will be softer and juicier. You can supplement the portion with fresh herbs, vegetables, pickles.
Bon appetit!
