Salad “Florence” can be safely prepared for the holiday, but for lunch it will definitely be in great demand among your family members. And this is due to the fact that it is not difficult to cook it and it is not necessary to make some kind of side dish, because the salad contains vegetables and sausage.
When choosing the necessary ingredients for a salad in a grocery store, it is advisable to take a fresh cucumber, high-quality hard cheese and the same boiled sausage. Dressing the salad is best with mayonnaise, however, if for some reason you are negative about it, then take sour cream or yogurt without additives. Korean-style carrots can be used ready-made or you can make it in advance at home. So, after the recommendations, you can go to the list of all the ingredients.
Ingredients:
- Carrots in Korean – 150-200 g.
- Fresh cucumber – 1 pc.
- Hard cheese – 50 g.
- Chicken egg – 1 pc.
- Boiled sausage – 150 g.
- Mayonnaise with any percentage of fat content – 0.5 tbsp. l.
How to cook:
1. So, cut the boiled sausage into strips.
2. Now do the same procedure with hard cheese.
If you like processed cheese more to your taste, then take it.

3. Put sausage and cheese in a deep bowl with Korean-style carrots.

4. Cut a fresh cucumber also into strips. To replace it, you can take pickled.
5. Grate a boiled chicken egg on a fine or coarse grater.
