If you want to cook some special salad on the festive table, then take note of the Musketeer salad recipe. It turns out it is quite satisfying and juicy, and all due to the fact that its main ingredients are meat, hard cheese and fresh tomato.
To make the finished appetizer look beautiful, lay out the salad in layers and use a metal circle for decorating salads or desserts. From above it is better to decorate the finished salad with fresh herbs, it should also be laid out around the salad. And, if there is a desire to strike the guests and family members on the spot, then you can cut out some flowers from vegetables in general, for example, roses from a tomato or make them from carrots.
Ingredients:
- Fresh tomato – 1 pc.
- Meat (pork or beef) – 100 g.
- Garlic – 1 clove.
- Egg – 1 pc.
- Hard cheese – 30 g.
- Salt – to taste.
- Mayonnaise – 2-3 tbsp. l.
How to cook:
1. Immediately wash the meat well, put it on a cutting board and cut into small cubes.
2. Now fry them in a pan for 5-7 minutes, the fire should be minimal.
If you are using the part of pork that is harsh for cooking, then simmer the meat for at least 15-20 minutes, adding water to the pan.
3. On the dish, place the forming metal ring in the center. Put the fried meat, press it down a little. Lubricate each layer of lettuce with mayonnaise.
4. Grate the chicken egg and hard cheese.
5. Put the grated chicken egg on top of the meat.
6. Now cut into slices or cubes a fresh tomato.
7. Send it on top of the eggs, salt. Don’t forget the mayonnaise.
8. Squeeze a clove of garlic through the press.
9. Lay out the grated hard cheese and remove the forming ring very carefully. You can lightly press the salad on top with a clean tablespoon.
10. Finally, simply decorate the Musketeer salad as you wish.
Serve it to the table after it has stood in the refrigerator for at least 15-20 minutes. This procedure is necessary so that all products become the same temperature, this is how the salad will taste even better.
