Sloths for dinner always turn out to be very tasty, but most importantly, they are quite satisfying, as they are prepared with the addition of minced meat as a filling. By the way, anyone can use it. For example, you can take a chicken or turkey fillet and twist it in a meat grinder, or do the same procedure with pork and beef. To make the sloths come out more juicy, it is advisable to grease the minced meat on top with additional mayonnaise or replace it with sour cream. When choosing chicken eggs, it is advisable to give preference to homemade ones. They are much tastier and healthier than store-bought ones. In addition, their yolk is brighter in color.
Sloths can be served both without anything, and you can make some tasty, healthy vegetable salad for them, especially since fresh vegetables, such as young cabbage and cucumbers, are already on sale.
Ingredients:
- Any minced meat – 150 g.
- Tomato – ¼ pcs.
- Chicken egg – 2 pcs.
- Garlic – 1 clove.
- Mayonnaise – 1-2 tbsp. l.
- Salt – to taste.
- Vegetable oil – 50 ml.
- Milk – 50 ml.
How to cook:
1. Beat eggs in a bowl, add salt.
2. Pour in the milk and shake everything well with a fork, or use a kitchen whisk for this purpose.
3. Heat a small amount of vegetable oil in a frying pan. Pour in half of the egg mixture. Fry the pancake, make the fire medium.
4. Now cook the second pancake in the same way. Put the finished pancake on a dish, put the meat filling on top.
If the filling is without additives, then be sure to add salt and pepper to it to taste, mix, and only then spread it on a pancake.
5. Squeeze garlic into mayonnaise, mix.
6. Lubricate the meat filling with mayonnaise.
7. Slice the tomato and place on top.
8. Now very carefully roll the egg pancake into a roll. Do the same procedure with the second 1.
9. Put the prepared sloths in a baking dish, grease it with the remaining vegetable oil or any other, for example, butter.
10. Send it to the oven preheated to 190 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
