Cooking frozen dumplings is not a problem, the main thing is to boil water well and stir so that the products do not stick together.

Ingredients:
- Warm water – 200 g.
- Wheat flour – 3.5-4 tbsp.
- Chicken egg – 1 pc.
- Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp. l.
- Salt – 5 g.
- Pork – 250 g.
- Salo fresh – 70 g.
- Onion – 70 g.
- Spices for the filling – to taste.
How to cook:
1. First of all, knead the dough – sift most of the flour into a deep container and add salt, mix. So the dough will not be fresh, but it will turn out more tasty.
2. Pour in warm water and mix lightly so that the flour begins to slowly release glu10.
3. Beat the chicken egg into the dough.
4. Next, pour in the vegetable oil, begin to gradually mix all the ingredients.
5. Knead the dough, gradually adding the remaining rate of wheat flour.
When kneading, make sure that the dough remains soft and elastic.
Lightly dust the dough with flour. In order not to get windy, cover with a dry towel, leave to rest on the table for 15-20 minutes.
6. In the meantime, make the meat filling. Peel the onion and cut it into large pieces to fit in the meat grinder hole.
7. Also cut into pieces the pork pulp and lard.
8. Twist onion, pork and lard in a meat grinder – the filling for dumplings is ready. Salt and pepper to taste.
9. Divide the dough into small pieces. Roll each thinly, give a rounded shape.
