Since there is a fermented milk product in the dough, it is not necessary to quench the soda with vinegar or lemon juice.

6. Pour the flour in parts. It is possible that it may require a little more or, conversely, less.

7. Mix the dough very well for the future pie. At this stage, if desired, add pieces of fresh or dried fruit or berries.

8. Lubricate the baking dish with vegetable oil, butter is also suitable for its replacement. Pour the dough carefully, it should be sparse in consistency.

9. Send the form to the oven preheated to 190 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Be sure to check the readiness of the cake with a wooden skewer.
