Sweet banana pudding is a dessert with an amazing silky texture, worthy of the most festive serving. This dish will appeal to a female audience; children are always delighted with pudding. After all, it looks so much like melting ice cream. Dessert can be served as an independent dish, used as a cream for a cake, supplemented with cheesecakes or pancakes. Cooking is easy and doesn’t take much time. First, a custard is prepared based on milk and egg yolks. After cooling, the cream is mixed with banana puree and laid out in bowls.
For an adult audience, you can add a couple of spoons of banana or cream liqueur to the pudding. Ripe bananas without black dots are required for the recipe. When choosing milk, opt for 3.2 percent whole milk or cow’s cream. Vanilla sugar can be replaced with vanilla extract. The dessert turns out to be not expressive in color, so it should be decorated with bright berries, fruits, small sweets, chocolate drops or confectionery sprinkles.
