2. Expand pita bread and cut out circles from it, using an ordinary saucer for this.

3. Fold the circle in half. If you want the edges of the cheburek to be patterned, cut them with a special embossed knife.

4. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, heat it up, put pasties from pita bread with meat. Fry them until nice and golden brown over moderate heat.

5. Put the finished chebureks on a paper towel, put them on a dish after about three minutes and boldly serve them to the table while they are crispy and hot.
