Crab salad in a new way turns out to be very tasty, satisfying and you can cook it not only on a normal day, but even on a festive table.
There are, of course, a few secrets in his cooking, but they are minor. The most important point is the choice of crab, it is on them that the taste of the finished salad depends. You also need to buy delicious corn. It should not be too hard, and it tastes better to be like milk – sweet and juicy.
Filling the crab salad in a new way is not important, what kind of mayonnaise. If a more familiar sauce with a low percentage of fat, it will also work. Fresh cucumber must be added to the salad, it makes it more fragrant, juicy and unique in taste.
- Crab sticks of the best quality – 150 g.
- Chicken egg – 3 pcs.
- Garlic – 1 clove.
- Fresh cucumber – 1 pc.
- Canned sweet corn – 2 tbsp. l.
- Salt – to taste.
- Mayonnaise with any percentage of fat content – 1 tbsp. l.
How to cook:
1. Put chicken eggs in a ladle, fill with water and send to the stove. Boil them for 7 minutes, only note the time only after the water boils.
2. Wash the fresh cucumber, cut off the edges on both sides, cut the rest into medium-sized cubes.
3. Remove the wrapping from the crab sticks. Cut them into the same cubes as the cucumber.
4. Place all prepared foods in a large and deep bowl.
5. Open a can of canned corn. If there is no special opener on top, then do this procedure very carefully using a kitchen knife. Add desired amount of corn to salad. Throw in the minced garlic as well.
6. Lay out the mayonnaise.
7. Mix everything very well with a regular spoon.
If it seems to you that there is not enough mayonnaise in the salad, and you are used to dressing it abundantly, then add as much more as you see fit.
8. Now transfer the finished crab salad in a new way to some bright and beautiful bowl. Send it to the refrigerator for 30 minutes, and then serve it to the table.
