Easter is a great holiday for all believers and a part of cultural traditions for all of us. On this day, it is customary to set the table with a rich treat. We suggest you prepare an Easter cupcake with the symbol of Easter – a hare. You can change the figures and bake such a cupcake for any holiday or children’s birthday.

The product is prepared in two stages. The chocolate part is baked first. From it, with the help of cookie cutters, hares are cut out. Then the figures fit tightly into the mold and are filled with light dough. The result is a cupcake with a pattern on the cut.

This recipe works best with all-purpose flour. Milk can be substituted for cream if desired. It is allowed to add raisins and candied fruits to the light dough. You can decorate the pastry according to your taste – icing or powdered sugar. All foods must be at room temperature before cooking.
