Merchant chicken with champignons always turns out to be quite satisfying, so you can safely cook it for dinner when guests or relatives arrive. It is desirable to serve it to the table exclusively hot, since cheese is rubbed on top, and when heated, it melts and then stretches. And in general, potatoes with meat and mushrooms are tastier when hot.
When choosing mushrooms in the market or in the grocery store, it is better to buy the ones that you like the most. Mushrooms were used in this recipe, but oyster mushrooms or forest mushrooms in general, which have an unsurpassed taste and aroma, are suitable. You should definitely add a tomato, because thanks to it, the dish will come out more juicy.
