Someone will remember the good old recipe, and someone may try such a salad for the first time! Today, many are spoiled for overseas products, because mussels, squid, rapana and shrimp are available for sale. Maybe it’s worth remembering the old days and setting the table like in Soviet times? Create an atmosphere of comfort at home by preparing everyone’s favorite Olivier salad. Along with exotic dishes, such a dish will not be lost, but rather will arouse keen interest.

How to cook:

1. First of all, put the potatoes in their uniforms to boil. Simmer until soft about 20 minutes. Also hard boil chicken eggs – boil them in boiling water for 8 minutes. Proka boiled potatoes and eggs, cut those foods that are already ready and do not need to be cooked. Peel the boiled sausage from the packaging film and cut into medium cubes.

The better and tastier the sausage, the more fragrant the salad will turn out.

2. Pickled cucumbers also cut into cubes. In a salad, they will give a pleasant sourness.

I do not recommend using barrel cucumbers – they are too sour and sharp in taste.
