Pie “Kudryash” on kefir turns out to be very soft, airy and tasty. The most important thing in its preparation is that it is done very quickly, since it is enough just to mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Nuts give a special zest to the finished cake, it is thanks to them that it comes out more attractive in appearance.

Serve the Curly pie to the table only after it has cooled down. Yes, and cut it into portioned pieces preferably at the same time. On top of the cake, you can additionally sprinkle with powdered sugar, however, it already comes out quite sweet and tasty. It goes well with tea, milk and any fruit drinks.

Ingredients:

  • Kefir with any percentage of fat (you can also use sour milk) – 1 tbsp.
  • Chicken egg – 2 pcs.
  • Salt – 1 pinch.
  • Sugar – 1 tbsp.
  • Vegetable oil – 0.5 tsp.
  • Baking powder – 1 tbsp. l.
  • Walnuts – to taste.
  • Flour – 1 tbsp.

How to cook:

1. Beat chicken eggs into a deep bowl, add salt and sugar to them immediately.

2. Now pour in the kefir.

If you plan to use soda instead of baking powder, then heat the fermented milk product to a warm state.

3. Pour in the baking powder.

4. Mix everything very well. If you added soda, then it will react with kefir, and the mass will become more airy and lush.

5. Add premium flour.

6. Mix the dough well again and pour it into a baking dish of a suitable size, which you grease with vegetable oil.

Instead of vegetable oil, you can safely use butter. If the mold is silicone, then it does not need to be lubricated.

7. Peel the walnuts. Grind them, but not too finely. Now arrange them on top of the cake in random order.

8. Send the cake to the oven preheated to 190 degrees for 30 minutes. After a specified period of time, check the readiness with a wooden skewer. If it is dry, then the cake is ready. If not, then add another 10 minutes.
